Recovery Filled the Capitol

One Community. Thousands of Stories. One Powerful Day.

On Thursday, May 14, 2026, individuals, families, recovery organizations, healthcare providers, advocates, performers, elected officials, and allies gathered at the Michigan State Capitol for the UFAM Rally.

For one unforgettable day, recovery was not hidden or whispered about. It stood proudly on the Capitol lawn for everyone to see.

People came from communities across Michigan to share hope, celebrate recovery, remember loved ones, connect with resources, and remind one another that nobody has to recover alone.
