Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During peak event seasons or large campaigns, processing may take a bit longer — we appreciate your patience and promise we’re moving as quickly as possible.
📦 Shipping Rates & Methods
We offer flat-rate shipping of $7.50 on all merchandise orders. No complicated calculations — just simple, straightforward pricing.
Orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as USPS or UPS. Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
🌍 Where We Ship
At this time, UFAM ships within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please reach out — we’ll do our best to help.
💥 Missing or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can make it right.
